Good, but

The original was way better. This is basically a funnier version. Anyway quite good effects but kind of wrong in a way.

The part with the eyes was probably best, but also when Luigi spinned his head in really weird ways was pretty damn comical.

1 bad thing is that the outlines are too big. Try reducing in future flash submissions.

Nice idea anyway.
